About Me.
Yes, that's my brother and I playing the piano:)
I come from a musical family; my mom putting us in piano lessons from a very young age. I started composing music when I was in 8th grade and performed my first arrangement, “Edelweiss”, for a choir concert. I wrote music for fun on occasion, and I’m very okay with the fact that most of my early arrangements have been lost to time. During high school, I participated in choir, took piano lessons, and taught piano lessons starting sophomore year.
When the covid pandemic hit, life slowed down and gave me the time to dive into the world of composition. Between graduating from high school and leaving to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I had written 18 songs.
During my first semester in college, I met a piano tuner who offered to teach me how to tune pianos. He gave me roughly 5 months of lessons and then sent me out on my own.
Upon returning home from my mission in the New England area, my desire to write, record, and release music grew. My motivation is my love for Christ, my desire to be authentic, and the joy I feel in helping others feel the Spirit.
In September of 2023, I married the love of my life. Justin has been a huge support to me in the pursuit of my dreams. Currently, I am enjoying married life, getting my bachelors degree in social work at UVU, and working at a therapy center for children with autism.
You can almost always find my husband and I at home, watching tv and eating cocoa pebbles.
